<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support lending and borrowing of a communication right owned by each user. <P>SOLUTION: A communication right lending server device 1 selects a lender wireless communication terminal corresponding to a borrowing request received from a borrower 2 of a communication right, from a database to which lenders 3 of the communication right is registered, depending on the borrowing request (S2 and S3).
