PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when manufacturing a highly efficiency light-weight solar cell module, a pole constituting the module casts a shadow on a solar cell, which causes hot spot phenomenon and lowers reliability of the solar cell module.SOLUTION: Reliability of a solar cell is enhanced by installing a diffraction structure 103 of a blazed grating on the periphery of a pole 102 installed in order to have a space between a first substrate 104 and a second substrate 105, and leading the light even to a shadow portion on the back of the pole 102 on a sunbeam 108 solar cell 101, thereby making the light uniform. |
