<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive increase in device size.SOLUTION: A current control device 3 comprises first and second switching elements Q1 and Q2, a constant-voltage control circuit 30, and a constant-current control circuit 40. The constant-current control circuit 40 includes: a first power supply unit 10; a first resistance element Rd having a first end electrically connected to a secondary winding of a high-voltage transformer, and a second end electrically connected to the first power supply unit; a second power supply unit 41 which generates a second voltage; and a third switching element 42 having a third control terminal electrically connected to the first end of the first resistance element, a first switch terminal electrically connected to a second control terminal of the second switching element, and a second switch terminal electrically connected to the second power supply unit. The third switching element is configured such that a state between the first switch terminal and the second switch terminal is turned on if an inter-terminal voltage between the second switch terminal and the third control terminal becomes equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold voltage.</p> |
