<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas oven which blows hot air onto an entire cooked object in a uniform manner.SOLUTION: A gas oven includes: a cooking chamber 16 where oven cooking of a cooked object is conducted; a combustion chamber 18 which stores a gas burner 17; an intake part 19 which sends air to the combustion chamber; and a ventilation chamber 20 which sends hot air generated in the combustion chamber to the cooking chamber; and an exhaust part 21 which exhausts air in the cooking chamber. The ventilation chamber sends the hot air generated in the combustion chamber by a cross-flow fan 31.</p> |
