<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the contamination of gas other than a working fluid in a casing in processes of manufacturing a heat pipe.SOLUTION: An exhaust-fluid injection pipe 11 and a resin-filled pipe 12 are connected to a connection port 106 formed in a casing 102 of a heat pipe 100. Next, in a state in which the exhaust-fluid injection pip 11 is opened and the resin-filled pipe 12 is closed, gas contained in the casing 102 is discharged through the exhaust-fluid injection pipe 11 from the connection port 106 and then a working fluid is injected into the casing 102 from the exhaust-fluid injection pipe 11 via the connection port 106. Subsequently, the exhaust-fluid injection pipe 11 is closed, the resin-filled pipe 12 is opened, encapsulation resin is injected into the connection port 106 through the resin-filled pipe 12, and this encapsulation resin is hardened, thereby encapsulating the connection port 106 with the encapsulation resin.</p> |
