<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional chopping board in which: all the pieces of a food material cannot enter a pot and some of them fall from a chopping board when the food material is cut on a thin plastic chopping board so as to be carried to the pot, the thin plastic chopping board melts since the pot is hot when the chopping board is placed on the edge of the pot to obtain stability in trying to put the food material into the pot well, an opening/closing type chopping board is not durable, and the chopping board has to be stored by erection with the use of a chopping board rack after use.SOLUTION: A chopping board is allowed to have an L shape. One surface is defined as a chopping board surface and the other is as a food material carry surface. A U shape cut is formed at the end of the chopping board. A heat-resistant material is arranged on the rear surface of the chopping board.</p> |
