<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of easily fixing an end portion of a stator winding wound in a concentrated system to an end portion insulation member. <P>SOLUTION: At least one end portion insulation member 40 of end portion insulation members provided on both sides in an axial direction of a stator core 20 has a first member 41, a second member 42, and a connecting member 43 for connecting the first member 41 and the second member 42. On the second member 42, a first penetrating portion 42a and a second penetrating portion 42b penetrating in a diametrical direction are provided between two connecting members 43 adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction. A fixing member 100 is made to pass through the first penetrating portion 42a from the first member 41 side to the opposite side to the first member 41, thereby forming a first ring 110 and a second ring 120. The first ring 110 is laid from the opposite side to the first member 41 to the first member 41 side through the second penetrating portion 42b.
