<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption reduction support system capable of suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The power consumption reduction supporting system, supporting reduction in power consumption in a building, includes: a measurement section; an indoor illuminance calculation section; and a power reduction possible quantity calculation section. The measurement section measures an external light illuminance that is an illuminance of the light applied to the inside of the building. The indoor illuminance calculation section calculates an indoor illuminance by light on the basis of the measured external light illuminance.
