Provided is a tailor-made orthotic compression brace for the chest wall and a manufacturing method thereof. The tailor-made orthotic compression brace according to the present invention is manufactured to fit the body bone structure of a patient who has pectus carinatum, may increase correction efficiency of pectus carinatum and may have an additional posture correction effect. The present invention increases the correction effect by constantly maintaining a working pressure which is set by a notification function through a working pressure sensing while setting a working pressure of a chest compression piece corresponding to the current body state of a user. When the tailor-made orthotic compression brace is worn on the user′s body, it is not shown outside and does not cause inconvenience since the rear side is open. The tailor-made orthotic compression brace for the chest wall is molded to fit each user′s body such as chest and back and, includes: a main body band shaped in a cut band form; a compression piece fixed inside the main body band; and a connection hole that connects the cut main body band, wherein the user′s body is compressed by the compression piece fixed in the main body band which is worn tightly, surrounding the chest and back parts of the user′s body. |
