<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker which enables a user to execute a maintenance operation by guiding procedures of the maintenance operation even without reading an instruction manual. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 13 displays guide information on an 'unheated maintenance mode' such as 'detachment of a grill', and guide information on a 'heated maintenance mode' such as preburn and heating of a catalytic heater on a central display panel 4. In maintenance guide information, explanatory drawings which show structure of maintenance object parts, etc. and sentences which explain the operation content are set, and sets of the explanatory drawings are displayed for every one process in an order of operation processes by operations of a user. In addition, the controller 13 is constituted so as to temporarily restrict maintenance guide operations from the viewpoint of safety when temperature of a cooker is high.
