<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new singlet oxygen eliminator. <P>SOLUTION: This singlet oxygen eliminator includes a rosemary extract extracted from the rosemary (genus Rosmainus of family Lamiaceae) as an active ingredient. The singlet oxygen eliminator can maintain high singlet oxygen-eliminating activity for a long period of time in a living body and can inhibit various reactions caused by the singlet oxygen.
