<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device connected to a radio communication network that uses a multi-hop function, capable of avoiding concentrated transmission of a status supervision signal of each self-device in a set time zone, and suppressing the occurrence of a transmission delay caused by network congestion if the number of radio communication devices transmitting status supervision signals increases. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication device receives a radio signal transmitted from another radio communication device, and transfers the received radio signal through the radio communication network. To transmit a status supervision signal indicative of the self-device status, the radio communication device selects a time for status supervision signal transmission from among a plurality of time settings capable of transmitting the status supervision signal in a predetermined second period (T2), using a random number, to transmit after the lapse of the selected time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
