PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the correction of reading positions for respective colors relative to a single position of a subject of reading without causing an increase in the circuit scale even when a displacement of the reading position by less than one line has occurred between the colors of a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, which have been arranged in one direction for the respective colors. ! SOLUTION: An image pick-up device includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements arranged in one direction for respective colors to be photoelectrically converted, and a timing control unit that controls, according to a setting, exposure timings that are dependent for the respective colors in a pixel group constituted for each of the plurality of photoelectric conversion elements outputting signals to a common post-processing circuit. !
