PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for inhibition activity of a simple, rapid, and reliable polymerase inhibitor, particularly a reverse transcriptase inhibitor. ! SOLUTION: It is found out that drug resistance to a polymerase inhibitor can be simply, rapidly, and reliably detected using a primer that comprises a marker substance and a template that comprises a binding site sequence to the primer, an inhibitor complementary sequence, and a polymerase activity detection sensitivity enhancing site sequence, and therefore the invention is completed. !
