PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient path switching according to a place of the occurrence of path abnormality. ! SOLUTION: A control device includes: an abnormality detection unit 12 that detects the occurrence of abnormality in any path of a plurality of paths; a specification unit 13 that specifies, upon the detection of the occurrence of abnormality in the path, a place of the abnormality on the basis of the number of communication abnormality and the number of IOs; and a switching control unit 14 that performs path switching for switching a data communication path to a plurality of host devices or a relay device, from the path in which the occurrence of the abnormality has been detected to another path of the plurality of paths, according to the specified place of the abnormality. !
