PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extending a life of equipment related to processing steps including areas positioned before and after each of (heating process)/melting process/(cooling process) and means for transferring molten substances.SOLUTION: This invention provides both method and device for pushing feed/pushing-in/turning feed/turning-in mixture supply/melting furnace/molten substance feeding section/other discharged substances feeding section/components for transferring means for the molten substances, external installation as respective component/section/and assembly/controlled by elements of pushing feed/pushing-in/turning feed and turning-in and a driving device corresponding to these elements or full automatically controlled and performed while referring to the pushing feed/pushing-in/turning feed/a pressing force or tension force allowable to maximum for the turning-in so as to avoid a connected segment in each of the regions or to prevent each of the components/a high force not allowable for an external installation/pressure/tension/and moment. |
