PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior member which prevents a cover member from being detached and can attain space saving and be made lightweight. ! SOLUTION: A metallic cover member 3 is provided while covering an outer side face of a main body 21. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide resins outside of the cover member 3, space saving is attained by reducing a dimension in a thickness direction, and lightweight can be attained by decreasing the quantity of resins. Further, the main body 21 is elastically deformed inwards, such that a lock part 214 locks an engaging hole 31 of the cover member 3. Therefore, by routing a wire harness along the inside of the main body 21 after the cover member 3 is locked, the cover member 3 can be prevented from being unlocked and detached from a tubular member 2 by making the main body 21 unlikely to be deformed inwards. !
