SOLUTION: Regarding a function model representing a differential of performance values by using a parameter group representing properties of elements of a post-layout circuit 102, a design support device 100 acquires a plurality of combinations of coefficient values in the parameter group. For each combination of coefficient values, the design support device 100 calculates an error value of the function model on the basis of a differential of performance values obtained by substituting values of the parameter group to the function model, a first performance value of a pre-layout circuit 101 and a second performance value of the post-layout circuit 102.
