PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant passage switching device which enables a refrigerant pipeline assembly part to be partially replaced and reduces a load of replacement work while reducing the costs. ! SOLUTION: A casing (31) comprises: a refrigerant pipeline part chamber (31a) in which refrigerant pipelines (7a, 7b) are disposed; a refrigerant pipeline assembly arrangement chamber (31c) in which pipe line connection parts for connecting the refrigerant pipelines (7a, 7b) disposed in the refrigerant pipeline part chamber (31a) with refrigerant pipeline assemblies (34a to 34d) and the refrigerant pipeline assemblies (34a to 34d) are arranged; and an electric component chamber (31d). The refrigerant pipeline part chamber (31a) is divided from the refrigerant pipeline assembly arrangement chamber (31c) by a division plate (31b), and a foam material (32a) fills the refrigerant pipeline part chamber (31a).
