PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a soil improvement body, which enables shortening of a construction period and a reduction in cost, while maintaining necessary and sufficient strength. ! SOLUTION: In a method for forming a soil improvement body, an injection pipe is inserted into ground-to-be-improved, and a soil improvement material is jetted from a tip of the injection pipe into the ground-to-be-improved, so that the soil improvement body 10 can be formed in the ground-to-be-improved. The injection pipe inserted into the ground-to-be-improved is rotated while an injection arrival distance of the soil improvement material is adjusted.
