The present invention relates to a reagent bottle protector to prevent thermal damage caused by the warming to a reagent bottle containing a reagent and to minimize the inconvenience of carriage of the reagent bottle caused by the cold air from the freezing and thawing of the reagent bottle. According to the present invention, the reagent bottle protector comprises: an inner cover part (100) for covering the outer side of the reagent bottle (10) containing a reagent inside to prevent cold air from being transmitted to a hand of a user grasping the reagent bottle (10) after the refrigeration of the reagent bottle (10); an outer cover part (200) for covering the outer side of the inner cover part (100), wherein a heater (210) is provided to generate heat; and a bottom protection part (300) for covering the bottom of the reagent bottle (10) to absorb shock to the bottom of the reagent bottle (10) and to prevent the slips of the reagent bottle (10) when placed.
