<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilized egg culture device for arraying fertilized eggs and successfully retaining the arrayed fertilized eggs, and to provide and a fertilized egg culture apparatus and a fertilized egg culture method using the device. <P>SOLUTION: The fertilized egg culture device includes a micro channel structure where a mammalian fertilized egg and a culture solution are distributed. The micro channel structure includes: a main channel; and a meandering channel sequentially crossing the main channel. The main channel includes a narrowed part having a width small enough not to allow the fertilized egg to pass therethrough. An area between the narrowed part and the meandering channel crossing the main channel upstream thereof serves as a cage area for capturing the fertilized egg. The sidewall of the meandering channel on a downstream side is cut open so that the cage area is expanded toward the downstream of the meandering channel.
