<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved sensor capable of mounting on a phased array antenna and detecting the curvature state of the mounted region without complicating the circuitry of the phased array antenna. <P>SOLUTION: A curved sensor has first and second members to be fixed to a substrate. The first member is provided with a first insulator fixed partially to the substrate; a first line having a first route and a second route formed on a first formation face of the first insulator; and a first connection end via which an RF signal is inputted to the first line. The second member, arranged in a position away from the first insulator by a prescribed distance, is provided with a second insulator fixed partially to the substrate; a second line having a third route and a fourth route formed on a second formation face of the second insulator; and a second connection end from which an RF signal generated on the second line by electromagnetic coupling with the RF signal flowing over the first line is outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
