<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact fluid injection device injecting high-viscosity fluid. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a fluid chamber includes a deformed plate, and a pressurization chamber formed into a recessed shape is opened in a position opposed to the deformed plate. When the back surface of the deformed plate is push-pressed by a piezoelectric element to deform the deformed plate, the opening portion of the pressurization chamber is closed by the deformed plate, and from this condition, the deformed plate is further deformed to pressurize fluid in the pressurization chamber. In this way, since, after the opening portion of the pressurization chamber is closed, the fluid in the pressurization chamber is prevented from escaping to the fluid chamber, the fluid in the pressurization chamber is efficiently pressurized. For this reason, the high-viscosity fluid is pressurized and injected from a nozzle without enlarging the fluid injection device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
