<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite composition emulsion dispersion having excellent stability, and an organic-inorganic composite composition emulsion dispersion using the above organic-inorganic composite composition emulsion dispersion, from which a transparent, crack-free, strong and tenacious film is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: This organic-inorganic composite composition emulsion dispersion comprises conjugated fine particles of a radical polymer containing neither dispersion stabilizers nor surfactants and inorganic fine particles, and the emulsion dispersion is characterized in that the inorganic fine particles bond near the surfaces of radical polymer fine particles containing neither dispersion stabilizers nor surfactants to form a conjugated structure. A method for producing the emulsion dispersion includes polymerization reaction of a radically polymerizable monomer up to a reaction rate of 0.1-50% in a microtubular channel in the presence of an inorganic fine particle dispersion and in the presence of a water-soluble radical initiator, and polymerization reaction of the resulting reaction liquid up to a reaction rate of≥95% using a reaction tank provided with a stirring device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
