<p>The present invention relates to a nanoparticle of a triblock copolymer and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides: a micelle structure nanoparticle having a triblock copolymer comprising a hydrophilic polymer (X), a crystalline hydrophobic polymer (A), and a non-crystalline hydrophobic polymer (B); a drug composition using the same; and a manufacturing method thereof. The physical stability of a polymeric micelle is improved by simultaneously mounting a poorly soluble drug having high crystallizability, and a non-crystalline biodegradable polymer of low molecular weight inside the polymeric micelle, through the present invention.</p> |
