The present invention relates to a technology capable of improving public health by preventing a user to get bored while drying hands by providing multimedia advertisement while the user uses the hand dryer device by mounting an advertising LCD panel to the hand dryer device normally installed in a public toilet and enabling a user to dry hands completely and naturally for enough time without special attention. Especially, the present invention relates to the internet-of-things hand dryer device wherein the multimedia advertising panel is attached capable of selecting multimedia advertisement contents individually specialized for detailed situation that the hand dryer is installed (for example: toilets for gentlemen and ladies, local special products of each expressway service area, purchase tendencies of visitor to a service area per route and schedule, and major offices of an office building and the like) and updating the corresponding multimedia advertisement contents by autonomously accessing and checking an external advertisement database through the internet, thereby maintaining the newest contents.
