A control system using client control of a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) provides a control system with low initial system building costs and easy manipulation. The control system according to the present invention comprises: a VDI server for generating a virtual machine according to each monitoring content by receiving N monitoring content, and applying the monitoring content to an application program in the virtual machine; and a control server for distributing M thin clients to the virtual machine and controlling the distributed thin clients by accesssing the VDI server, thereby minimizing maintenance costs of the system and enabling a user to easily operate the system by controlling the control server.
