<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and safely lower a living body temperature to a prescribed low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A body temperature lowering method includes a step of making an alternating magnetic field or a pulsed magnetic field act on a living body, and a step of lowing the body temperature of the living body at a prescribed speed.
