<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably manufacturing a ceramic product in which the density of the ceramic compact by casting molding is uniform without generating cracks. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of injecting a slurry 21 constituted by dispersing ceramic powder into the casting mold 10 having a synthetic resin filter 11 having a thickness of 0.1 mm to 10.0 mm and an air permeability of 0.1 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>sec to 50 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>sec and the supporting mold 12 supporting the filter 11 and having water permeability and a step of draining the water of the slurry 21 via the filter 11 and the supporting mold 12, attaching the ceramic powder to the casting mold 10, and forming the ceramic compact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
