PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain sealing in connection between a fluid shut-off bag and a supply pipe of expansion fluid when the expansion fluid bag expands.SOLUTION: A fluid shut-off bag 2 integrally includes a body part 3 which is composed of an elastomer material and expands by the supply of fluid into it, and a connection part 6 for sealing connection of a fluid supply pipe 9 to at least one of both ends of the body part 3 in an axial direction of the body part 3. The body part 3 includes a wall thin part and a wall thick part which extend in the axial direction.
