摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release mechanism whose axial length can be reduced.SOLUTION: The release mechanism for a friction clutch has a cylinder part formed by an inner body 27 and an outer body 30, and a thrust plate formed on a piston 21 which is moved forward and backward depending on a fluid pressure supplied to the cylinder part, to receive elastic force from elastic members 22 provided on the outer periphery side of the cylinder part at predetermined spaces from one another in the circumferential direction. Herein, first fastening members 34 are provided for fixing flange parts of the inner body 27 and the outer body 30 to each other in the axial direction to hold a seal member 33 therebetween. Out of the flange parts, regions in the radial directions where the first fastening members 34 are arranged and regions in the radial directions where the elastic members 22 are arranged overlap with each other at least in part.
