<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently support a user to make a decision which shopping method the user uses. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of user location information indicating a user location when the user specified a desired article, a store information providing device acquires store-visiting required information which indicates the time required of a user for visiting each of real stores or distances from the user location to the real stores, and searches for a purchasable store which provides information for the user among a plurality of real stores on the basis of the store-visiting required information (S63 to S67).
