PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adaptively select a transaction partner desirable to both the owner of a credit card and a credit card member store treating a credit card transaction.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a card reader part for reading prescribed card information recorded in a card owned by a customer, a reception part for receiving information of a prescribed connection destination device conversion table transmitted from a statistic information management server for managing sales information (a total transaction amount) of transactions performed on the basis of the uses of the card during a prescribed period, a determination part for using the connection destination device conversion table in accordance with the read card information to determine a connection destination device to be connected in the settlement of transactions using the card, and a settlement processing part for transmitting and receiving a command or data about settlement processing of the transactions using the card to/from the connection destination device determined by the determination part.
