<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet manufacturing device capable of manufacturing a sheet having high strength and favorable recyclability.SOLUTION: A sheet manufacturing device has a fibrillating part which fibrillates a material to be fibrillated into a fiber form, and it manufactures a sheet by binding the fibrillated fibers via resin. A coverage rate of the resin in the sheet is equal to or greater than 25% and equal to or less than 86%.</p> |
