<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body hair treating device which has a shearing part and a thermal cutting part, can effectively cut body hair with any lengths in any states, and exerts a hair body cutting function more advanced than a conventional device. <P>SOLUTION: A body hair treatment head 2 is arranged at one end of a body case 1. The body hair treatment head 2 includes: the shearing part 14 for shearing the body hair with shearing operation; and a thermal cutting part 15 for cutting the hair body with thermal cutting operation. The thermal cutting part 15 includes: a thermal cutting base 35 which is supported so that the position can be changed between the first position and the third position on a head frame 10; and a thermal cutting head 36.
