<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous cosmetic composition having superior characteristics such as prevention of pigment precipitation, saving of stirring before use, and a good spread when applied. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous cosmetic composition is characterized by containing at least a synthetic smectite and a xanthan gum as viscosity modifiers, a film-forming agent, and a pigment. It is desirable that the viscosity of the aqueous cosmetic composition is in a range of 2-10 Pa s at a temperature of 25°C and at a shear rate of 3.83S<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>by an EHD type viscometer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
