<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a vinyl alcohol resin aqueous solution, which can produce the vinyl alcohol resin aqueous solution having no alkali metal, causing no coloring, and having high polymerization degree, by easily saponifying an vinylester resin as a raw material with an aqueous solvent-based material. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the vinyl alcohol resin aqueous solution includes saponifying the vinylester resin by bringing the vinylester resin into contact with high-temperature high-pressure water that contains an amine compound and has a temperature of 100-250°C and pressure of 0.2-100 MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
