<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix segment coils and insulation members to a stator core by a simple structure, in a stator provided with a stator coil formed by segment coils in distribution windings.SOLUTION: An insulation member 38 is disposed on an end surface in the axial direction Z of a tooth 36. At the contacting part of the tooth 36 and the insulation member 38, a notch part 42 is formed notched from a slot 14 side. A foam adhesive 40 is provided in the notch part 42, the foam adhesive 40 bonding a stator core 12, the insulation member 38, and a segment coil 20 by a thermal foaming. The insulation member 38 and the segment coil 20 can be securely fixed to the stator core 12, while component tolerances being absorbed with the foam of the foam adhesive 40.</p> |
