<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for preventing information leakage caused by an e-mail.SOLUTION: An information leakage prevention device 100 has a customer information DB 121 which associates a customer name being a name of a customer with a registered character string which is other notation indicating the customer and stores them. A customer DB 122 associates the customer name with a domain name of the customer and stores them. A destination check part 123 refers to the customer information DB 121 and determines whether a mail is an intracompany mail or external company mail, based on a domain name of a destination address of the received E-mail. When the mail is the external company mail, a file content check part 125 determines whether or not a file attached to the E-mail includes customer information or not. When the file includes the customer information, a warning information creation part 126 creates information for notifying of a fact that the file includes the customer information, and a mail sending part 112 sends the created information to a transmission source of the E-mail.</p> |
