PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fluorine-based polymer electrolyte provided with high gas permeability.SOLUTION: Provided is a fluorine-based polymer electrolyte comprising: the main chain made of perfluorocarbon; a perfluoroalkyl ether site coupled to the main chain; and an acid group site coupled to the main chain. The perfluoroalkylether site includes a perfluorocarbon group with two or more branches at the terminal. As the fluorine-based electrolyte, the one provided with a perfluorocarbon group with three pieces at the terminal is preferable.
