<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of whitening or galling when injection-molding.SOLUTION: A metal mold 1 for injection molding comprises a fixed mold 2 having a molding surface 212 which has a formed minute irregularity 212a and molds the surface side of a molded article, and a movable mold 3 which is clamped to the fixed mold 2 and forms a cavity 4 having the shape of the resin-molded article, and the resin molded article is molded by injecting a molten resin into the cavity 4 to solidify. In a fixed mold body 21 of the fixed mold 2, an air outlet 232 for blowing air in the cavity 4 from the molding surface 212 of a surface side in the molded article when injection-molding is formed by a nest 22. Adherence of a solidified resin to the molding surface 212 of a surface side in the molded article is prevented by supplying air from the air outlet 232 to the cavity 4 through a communication path 231 using an air compressor 8 after the resin is supplied into the cavity 4 and thereby, occurrence of whitening or galling is prevented.</p> |
