摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform penetration welding of a thick steel plate with a groove by laser welding.SOLUTION: A hot wire laser composite welding method is provided for laser welding of a groove having a U-shaped or V-shaped opening part and a straight part while supplying ohmic-heated filler wire. In the hot wire laser composite welding method, a focus position of a laser beam is oscillated at a frequency F[Hz] defined in the equation described below (1) in the plate thickness direction of a workpiece, while disposing the ohmic-heated filler wire behind an irradiation position of the laser beam, when moving and applying a laser beam along a welding line, and an upper end in the range of the up-and-down amplitude of vibration of the focus position of the laser beam is set in the position where the width is matched with a laser irradiation range of the opening part, and the lower end in the range of the amplitude is set in the position where the laser beam is applied on the top surface of a route face. The expression (1) is V[mm/s]/5≤F[Hz]≤20, where V[mm/s] expresses a welding speed.</p>
