COSMETIC COMPOSITION OF WATER-IN-OIL SUNSCREEN WITHOUT WHITE CLOUDY PHENOMENON

The present invention relates to a solid phase water-in-oil type ultraviolet ray blocking cosmetic composition and, specifically, to a solid phase water-in-oil type ultraviolet ray blocking cosmetic composition containing: 1-50 wt% of a water phase constituent; 1-20 wt% of an organic ultraviolet blocking agent; 2-10 wt% of wax; 1-10 wt% of a surfactant; 10-50 wt% of oil; and 3-20 wt% of powder, based on the total weight of the composition. The composition according to the present invention shows a high ultraviolet ray blocking effect by using only a small amount of the organic ultraviolet ray blocking agent and an ultraviolet blocking accelerator without using an inorganic ultraviolet blocking agent. Additionally, the composition according to the present invention contains the powder and a specific emulsifier capable of absorbing oil, provides an excellent refreshment sensation and moistness without a cloudy white phenomenon, thereby improving sensation of use. The composition prevents perspiration, precipitation and separation, thereby improving formulation stability. The composition reduces skin irritation, so skin stability is enhanced.
