The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a vehicle. The purpose of the present invention is to remarkably improve a ′fast action temperature control′ inside a vehicle by sharply reducing a heating temperature reaching time of a PTC heater until a reset ′objective discharging temperature′ when the ′objective discharging temperature′ of the PTC heater is reset. To achieve this purpose, the air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises: the PTC heater to heat air entering to an inner side of the vehicle; and a control unit to control a calorific value of the PTC heater by controlling a PWM duty ratio applied to the PTC heater in accordance to the set objective discharging temperature, the control unit reduces a heating temperature degradation time of the PTC heater to the reset objective discharging temperature by turning off the PTC heater in force when the objective discharging temperature is reset low.
