Provided in the present invention is a water-permeable concrete composition obtained by adding 10-100 parts by weight of talc, 5-20 parts by weight of long fiber as a fiber, 1-5 parts by weight of resin acid sodium salt, 1-10 parts by weight of foamer, and 0.1-1 parts by weight of potassium carbonate (K_2CO_3), to water-permeable concrete including 10-1,000 parts by weight of aggregates, 10-80 parts by weight of ash mixing fly ash and paper ash in a weight ratio of 9-1:1-9, 10-70 parts by weight of steel slag, blast furnace slag, or mixed slag of the same, 10-30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate, 30-500 parts by weight of silica, 20-60 parts by weight of film forming fluoroprotin digestive fluid as a foamer, and 0.01-10 parts by weight of high performance water-reducing agent for 100 parts by weight of cement. The water-permeable concrete composition is obtained by additionally adding 0.05-0.2 parts by weight of retarder, and 1-10 parts by weight of flattener. |
