The present invention relates to a method to support a technology transfer by allowing a technology supplier or technology demander to easily find a prior object to technologies, by suggesting the technologies in order of higher similarity through matching between supply and demand technologies. The method to transfer technologies by matching a supply technology with a demand technology using an information processing device includes: a step (a) of building a supply technology-integrated data DB by integrating fields forming supply technology information supplied by at least one institutions; a step (b) of building a demand technology-integrated data DB by receiving demand technology information from a technology demander; a step (c) of periodically applying a predetermined weighted value to each of the fields of the supply technology-integrated data DB and the demand technology-integrated data DB, and building file DBs for matching the supply and demand technologies by extracting subject words; a step (d) of displaying the technologies in the file DB for matching the demand technologies in order of higher similarity to the supply technologies or displaying the technologies in the file DB for matching the supply technologies in order of higher similarity to the demand technologies, when the technology supplier or technology demander selects similarity inspection by specifying the supply and demand technologies in the integrated data DBs; and a step (e) of allowing the technology supplier or technologies demander to make a technology transfer by selecting one among the displayed supply and demand technologies.
