The present invention relates to a data driver and a display apparatus including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the data driver includes: a random delay unit which receives a first control signal, delays the received first control signal, and generates a random delay signal based on the time-delayed result; a latch unit which stores data to respond to the random delay signal; a digital-analog conversion unit which performs the digital-analog conversion of the data stored in the latch unit; and an output unit which amplifies and outputs the output of the digital-analog conversion unit. The duration of time delay between the first control signal and the random delay signal is random. |
