<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for suppressing occurrence of an overload state of a power system when a power failure of the power system is restored and to provide a control method. <P>SOLUTION: The controller is arranged in a user having a control system linked with the power system and is parallel off and it controls power consumed in the user. The controller includes: an acquisition portion which is connected to a power management device controlling power supplied to a user group including the users from the power system and acquires load information determined in accordance with a power amount which can be supplied from the power system from the power management device; and a control portion controlling power consumption in the user based on the load information acquired by the acquisition portion in a case of re-linking after parallel-off from the power system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
