PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength thin steel sheet having high tensile strength of TS:980 MPa or more, which has excellent moldability, and its production method.SOLUTION: A substrate is a thin steel sheet which includes C:0.10% or more in mass %, and which has a hardness of 300 HV in Vickers hardness. A sedimentary layer is formed in a cold spray method which sprays by using a spray nozzle, after mixing iron-based particle of a particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm preferably, which is less than C:0.20%, and which satisfies Mneq (=Mn+0.26×Si+1.3×Cr+3.5×P+2.68×Mo+180×B+0.37×Ni+0.46×Cu) is less than 2.5,in at least one face of the substrate, with actuation gas which is preferably heated to 500 to 1000°C. |
